Refund Policy and Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

·         If you do not see the refund reflected after 10 business days, please contact support@under-laced.com to verify the refund has been processed.

 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
