SHIPPING POLICY

I. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

II. Shipping Time

We currently offer FREE standard shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with transit taking an additional 5–10 business days.
  • Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8.00 am - 6.30 pm.
  • Working days are: Monday to Friday (and don't include public holidays or weekends).
  • We do not ship the orders on weekends or holidays.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • holiday seasons
  • customs or logistics disruptions

 

III. Sizing Responsibility

 

Because compression garments fit differently depending on body shape and personal comfort preference, we strongly encourage customers to diligently review the size chart carefully before ordering.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering.

IV. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.

V. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Sometimes your orders can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support.

VI. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. UNDERLACED is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

VII. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. Because orders are processed promptly after purchase, orders that have already entered processing or shipment cannot be canceled.
